We Make Patches
Whether you're a solo rider with pride in your ride, a trio who has been hanging and riding together for years, or a club looking to commemorate an event or ride, we can make a patch that says just what you want. Our minimum order is one, and our smallest size to date has been a 4-digit year tab for an annual ride. We can also make full club sets including back patches, officer tabs, custom color flags, and more.
We have two 16-needle commercial embroidery machines on site which allow us to not only make patches, but directly embroider on hats, shirts, and more. We can run up a name patch and sew it on your vest in about 20 minutes. If you've got an idea, we would love to help you make it a reality.
Patch Pricing
Our pricing for designing patches (usually referred to as a Setup Fee) ranges from zero (meaning we don't charge to set up a simple text-only patch) to $150 for a full set of patches for a club. Simple designs start at $5 and more complex, larger designs will run $40 to $50. Clean artwork makes the process go faster and helps the end result to look as expected. That said, we've worked up patches from photos of tattoos, quick sketches on paper, and a multitude of other ways that people choose to convey the design they want.
When it comes to the price of the patch, we follow industry standards for pricing, which means a set price per 1000 stitches. Small patches typically run $6 to $12. Large patches can run $75 to $150 or more, depending on how much coverage there is.
Setup fees are paid before work on the design begins. Once the design proof is approved and the patch price has been determined, a deposit equal to at least half of the final price of the order will need to be paid before work begins.
How Does This Work?
Here's the full process:
1. Submit the order to us and pay the Setup Fee
2. The designer begins work, sending any questions to you via text or email. The designer will send a proof image for your approval, and you can make edits as needed to get it right.
3. You approve the proof, and get the final price for the patch(es).
4. You pay the deposit, and we begin working.
5. When the patches have been completed, we will notify you they are ready for pickup.
(If you'd like them mailed to you, the full purchase price will need to be paid before shipping.)
How Do I Pay You?
There are multiple options for making payments to us:
1. Pay in person at the store with cash or card
2. Send us payment via PayPal or Venmo
3. Pay online invoice with your credit card or checking account*
*Note: You will need to request this invoice.
